2. Flies tied onto safety pins for use as “Lapel Pins” for men’s suits or for use on ladies dresses
3. New advertising methods that may promote our banquet to new people.
Since we have a new Facebook page developed by Matt Ceremuga, everyone felt that would be a new advertising method to use this year.
Promoting Early Banquet Ticket Sales – We discussed ways to promote early sales, and decided on giving two BUCKET RAFFLE tickets to everyone buying prior to March 7. They will also be entered in a special raffle with the winner being awarded a $50 Visa Gift Card.

North Dakota Shale – Jim reported that this area of the country is booming, and 755,000 barrels of oil have been spilled there this year. The company responsible for the spills had 11 violations and minimal punishment and fines. The problem results from inadequate enforcement of existing laws due to inadequate numbers of environmental workers.
H. Trout in the Classroom (TIC) – Reg McClelland / Jeff Kremis
Jeff reported that the next grant period starts in early 2015 and schools can submit requests for funds at that time. All of the participating schools have received trout eggs and have begun the trout raising cycle.
5. Old Business:

6. New Business:
Neshannock Chapter Membership Meeting – We discussed holding a meeting in January in the Pig Barn Meeting room at Munnell Run Farm. WE had a good turnout last year, and decided to use the same facility in 2015. Jeff will contact a Sharon Herald sports writer to see if he would come and provide an interesting talk and slide show at our meeting. It would be important to have Banquet tickets available for sale at that time.
