4. Keep Coolspring Upper and Lower Parking areas litter free All Members/Newsletter
5. Send new Chapter Members an "Information Packet" including a "Letter of Introduction", Chapter Flyer, and the latest Newsletter Tom Jochman
6. Maintain Neshannock Chapter 216 Membership Database which includes Banquet attendees, landowners, PAF & B contacts, WCO's for Mercer & Lawrence Cty's etc. Post changes such as additions, deletions, transfers, renewals, address changes etc. Tom Jochman
7. Chapter Newsletter - Determine number of copies to be printed, pickup newsletters from Rafferty's Print Shop, affix labels, tape, bring to the Post Office and mail T. Jochman/J. Kremis
8. Chapter Flyer - Maintain a current publication of Chapter Information Flyer used at our yearly Banquet, and also sent to new members Tom Jochman
9. Chapter Equipment and Materials Inventory - Maintain a list of equipment, supplies, and materials owned by the chapter and stored at the Munnell Run Nursery, P.Anthony residence, and T. Jochman residence. P. Anthony/T. Jochman
10. Complimentary Banquet Tickets Mailed Out - Contact and mail out complimentary Banquet tickets to the Landowners, WCO's for Mercer and Lawerence Counties, President of the Sharpsville Beagle Club, Bob Hetz from the 3-CU Trout Association, and John Siebert who maintains our Chapter Website. 11. Adopt-A-Highway Program (Pa DOT) - Inventory and arrange for picking up gloves and vests, trash bags etc. for Pa's highway litter program. DOT Mercer office must be notified to pick up the full trash bags we leave by the side of the road. Jeff Kremis
12. Chapter Supplies Storage - Raffle Ticket Cages, Membership Handouts, T-Shirts, Hats, Displays, Tri-Pods, Chapter Banners, Pictures, etc. Tom Jochman
13. Mail Boxes at Coolspring and Neshannock - Post Messages, stocking information, and leave forms for fishing results, and for leaving messages Pete Anthony
14. Pa Fish & Boat Commission Stocking Coordinator - Pre-Season, In-Season and Fall - Contact volunteers, scheduling placement of float boxes, coordinate with WCO J. Morris. Joe Pantall
15. Weedwacking, Trimming etc. at Coolspring - Main Parking Lot, area at bottom of hill, and the Tony Palumbo Memorial area. All Members/Workdays
16. Tree and Shrubbery Planting - Coolspring DHALO area - Plant trees and shrubs at various areas on the project as part of the Chapter's streamside improvement program. This task is in addition to the Spring Cleanup Workday. Jeff Kremis/Workdays
17. Stoneboro Fair Display - Bring the Chapter's displays to the Mercer County Federation Sportsman's building at the annual Stoneboro Fair. It is a 6-Day event and is attended by approximately 3,500 people each year in September. Jim Williams/JIm Noble
18. Brush Hogging the paths at Coolspring DHALO Area - Coordinate this activity with Bill Graham who is a landowner along Coolspring Creek. Pete Anthony
19. Trout Nursery Speaking Engagements - Various organizations such as the Rotary Club, Scouts, Kiwanis, etc. have asked Nursery personell to speak on behalf of the Chapter sponsered Munnell Run Nursery. Ken Tarczy
20. Banquet Donations - Contact Mercer and Grove City business organizations Pete Anthony
21. McCandless Ford Showroom Display - Bring the Chapter displays and Banners to the Showroom and set up - tear down after show is over. Discontinue per the Boards decision 5-19-03
22. New Information to Chapter Website Coordinator - Send information to John Siebert for updating our www.Neshannock-TU.org chapter website. All Board Members
