The deal is as follows; we will meet at the camp on Friday night June 1st for an old-fashioned wiener roast and some libations. We fish all Saturday and on Sunday, after breakfast we break camp, head out to fish and then back home whenever you like. The club will provide all the food except for the entrée for the Saturday afternoon cookout. This is traditionally a steak cookout, but if you prefer chicken or whatever that is your choice. Just make sure what you bring is grillable. Soft drinks will be provided. Beer and such are up to each person. The food bill is split among the attendees and normally runs about $10. Some like to pitch a tent if the weather is good, but the cabin has plenty of beds, to accommodate you and there is hot and cold water and indoor facilities. A good shower does wonders for the tired anglers. Bring a sleeping bag, personal gear and youre fishing equipment. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them. |

Potter County TripNick Loprire Once again we will be traveling to "Gods Country" for our annual get away weekend courtesy of John Gavalier, and the other members of "Buckeye Boonyacks" camp. It has become a tradition and even if the fish are finicky or Mother Nature tricks us, we always manage to have a good time. If you are interested PLEASE let me, Jeff Kremis or the nearest board member know, so that we can plan for food. We will help with directions if you need and can answer any of your questions. The date, rain or shine, is the weekend of June 2-3. |
