- National Website Search Function - Aaron Monroe said that he asked A. Snyder of TU National office to change the “contact person” for Neshannock Chapter 216. Jeff Kremis will be the new contact; the search function should work now because Jeff has a Pa zip code.
- 2009 Board Mtg. & Events List Aaron will have the list ready for the January meeting

A. Watershed Coordinator Jeff Kremis/Jim Mondok
- Shenango River Watchers - Public Meeting Jeff attended a public meeting where they discussed cleanup of obstructions in the Shenango River to provide more opportunity for canoeing. They said there are 80 obstructions between Pymatuning Lake and the Shenango dam. The access site would be in Hamburg.
- Wolf Creek Flow Improvement Jeff reported that Ken Anderson from the Pa Fish & Boat Commission would evaluate whether a narrowing of the stream channel in Wolf Creek will improve the stream flow rate, and help eliminate silt and sedimentation buildup. The “Children’s and Handicapped Fishing Area” is deteriorating due to low water levels.
B. Nursery Pete Anthony & Ken Tarczy
- Jeff Kremis reported that the feeding experiment is going very well, and the fish are healthy and growing at the same rate as last year.
C. Banquet / Newsletter - Nick Loprire
- 2009 Banquet - TV Raffle We discussed the possibility of returning the TV if we could not sell enough tickets to break even. C. Jochman volunteered to check prices at Sam’s Club and Jeff Kremis would check at Eckley TV on Mercer Road.
- Tickets Banquet admission Tickets need to be ordered. 50/50 tickets can be off of a regular double ticket carnival type roll because these tickets will only be sold at the banquet.
- Prizes Carol Jochman purchased a Tom-Tom brand GPS unit for the Giant Bucket Raffle. Nick received an e-mail from a potential donor of a bamboo fly rod.
- Corporate Table Sponsors Carol Jochman will contact the 2008 table sponsors, verify their information, and ask if they want to be sponsors for the 2009 banquet.
- Newsletter Nick said he needs articles submitted for the next issue by January 5th.

- Trout in the Classroom Fundraiser George Kutskel, Pennsylvania Trout Magazine Treasurer, sent Dick tickets to sell for their Trout in the Classroom fundraiser. Pa Trout is also selling front license plates with their logo on them for $22.50. We can make $5.oo for each license plate we sell as long as we meet a 20 plate minimum order. - Laurel High School Fundraiser Dick Rickert will inquire about the dates for their 2009 fundraising event at the high school.
