- Pa Trout Newsletter - Aaron received a letter from them requesting a donation. We donated to them last year, and all agreed we should do it again. Jeff Kremis will send them a check.

- Budget Report Jeff reviewed his report ending June 30th
- Chapter Credit Card We discussed an Orvis credit card (Bob Shuey recommends) versus a National City Bank card (Carole Jochman recommends). No decision was made because Bob Shuey was absent from the meeting.

- Trout Stocking Summary Pete reviewed the report from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. A total of 1,931 trout were stocked in 5 area streams. Only 11 trout were lost due to mortality during that time period.
- Thank You Card Pete received a card from Cecil Houser who is retiring from coordinating the Cooperative Trout Nurseries for the Pa Fish & Boat Commission.
- Fall Stocking Deer Creek, Neshannock Creek, and Coolspring will be scheduled for stocking this Fall, in the October-November timeframe.
- Nursery Repairs Pete reported they spent $125.00 on paint.
- Munnell Run Farm Picnic Sunday, August 5th at 3:00 PM is the date for our summer picnic. The chapter will supply hamburgers and corn, and everyone is asked to bring a covered dish with them. The “Munnell Run Open” will be held again this year; bring your sand wedge or chipping iron with you.
C. Reverse Raffle Tom and Carole Jochman (Tom was absent)
- Credit Card Unit Carole picked up a National City credit card “slide unit” for use at the raffle. We will be able to accept charges, and then deposit the receipts with the bank.
- Silent Auction Prizes Carole reviewed the complete list of prizes; all of them are on hand except for one.
- Money Prizes The monetary prizes were reviewed to make sure everything was calculated correctly, and the awards would be properly disbursed.
- Raffle Flyer A spot to include credit card numbers and expiration dates was added to the flyer. Tom Jochman will forward an electronic copy of the flyer to John Siebert for posting on our website. The flyer has a complete list of prizes.
- 50 /50 Raffle A bingo card coverall will be used to determine the winner of the 50/50 raffle. Carole picked up a set of numbered bingo balls to use at the event.

- MCCD Nominations The Mercer County Conservation District has two commissioners up for nomination, and they are asking if we would support them:
- Farmer Director Cornelia Seland
- Public Director Fred Brenner
We discussed the two nominations, and all agreed to support them. Jeff Kremis will submit the two nominations by November 1, 2007.

- Stoneboro Fair Pete Anthony made a motion to set up the Chapter’s display this year at the annual fair. Nick Loprire seconded the motion and it passed. The fair dates for this year are August 29th to September 3rd. R. Natoli volunteered to help Pete set up the display if we could do it the morning of August 29th.
- Cool Spring Paths Cleared Bill Graham brush hogged the walking paths along Cool Spring Creek, and Pete Anthony asked that the chapter send him a check for $175 to cover the work done. The board members agreed and Jeff will send him the money.
