- Volant Festival No members knew about the details Bob Shuey to check.
- Growing Greener Grants Applications due by April
- Proposed Workday Projects Jeff listed and reviewed:
- Move rocks to middle of Wolf Creek complete at low water, on a weekday, after daylight savings need “come-a-long” and muscle. Should be done before 4/21 Youth Fishing Derby.
- Spring cleanup Sunday April 15th @ noon 3:00 or Saturday 4/28 @ 9:00 A.M. noon. Cleanup parking area, trail maintenance, Adopt-A-Highway.
- Repair trail @ pipeline access (wet/muddy) where stocking access is. Possibly install “French Mattress” or “Corduroy Log” path. Jeff to investigate costs. Must be a summer project due to water.
- Fall workday Sept 29th was proposed for stream improvement.
B. Nursery Pete Anthony
- Stocking trips reduced this year from 13 to 7. The numbers of trout stocked remains the same.
- Stocking of L. Sandy will be coordinated with WCO Matt Viscosy Mercer Co.
- TU stocking Neshannock in March. Bob Shuey requested that the stocking be coordinated with his “Lunker Trout” stocking. Due to stream ice conditions all stocking dates are tentative.
- No 3CU trout this year due to the Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) virus in Lake Erie. No transfers of live aquatic life are allowed.

- Banquet Prizes Rev. Tom Seven’s widow would like to donate his fly fishing equipment to the TU Chapter for fund raising. She requests that he receive recognition for the donation. Bob Shuey to coordinate. Decided to buy “Sting of the Hook” print from PATU for banquet auction.
- Shirts Bill Fay to look into timing of T-shirts w/ TU logo to sell at banquet. Aaron has two TU Polo shirts (size XL) for sale @ banquet.
- Non-sports prize MP3 player.
- Menu Same as last except we will inquire about cake for desert.
- Ticket sales Need to step-up ticket sales.

F. Youth Coordinator Dick Rickert
- Slippery Rock University Projects Student looking for project couldn’t wait until fishing season was over at Cool Spring and is currently working with the Oil Creek Chapter.
- Youth Fly Fishing Camp Dick needs nominations for this year’s camp. Reg is looking into one possible candidate.
- Wolf Creek Youth Fishing Derby Everyone is “on board” for the derby. Armstrong Cable has pledged $200 - $250 plus some prizes for the event. The club’s cost will be approx. $700 (less the Armstrong donation).
