A. Watershed Coordinator Jeff Kremis/Jim Mondok
- Beagle Club Bridge Dick Natoli reviewed the Cool Spring Creek bridge design that Olgierd Wodzianski proposed. Olgierd is the Civil Engineer that designed the handicapped fishing deck in the children’s fishing area at Wolf Creek.
- Beagle Club Field Trials They will hold their trials on March 11th & 12th, April 8th, and Labor Day weekend. Anyone that wishes to attend to learn more about them is invited to come.
- Workday April 1st We will eat lunch with the Beagle Club members at their clubhouse. We will conduct an “Adopt-A-Highway” cleanup, and spread some gravel around the TU parking lot.
- Neshannock Creek Logging Bob Shuey reported that they are logging trees off of Creek Road by Pat’s Camera Shop on the West side of the stream. If we get a lot of rain this spring, we will have problems with silt entering Neshannock Creek.
- Cool Spring Walking Trails Pete Anthony reported that ATV vehicles making ruts in the ground are tearing up the trails. It is a difficult problem to surmount.
- Fox Run Project Jim Mondok reported that the Fox Run grant has been re-submitted for $30,000. If it gets approved, we will not have to use our Treasury funds for this purpose.

C. Cabin Fever - Dick Natoli
- Cost Justification Due to the low turnout, Dick asked if the board members think we should be spending a large amount of money on this event; the money could be put to better use. Pete suggested we have a luncheon to discuss alternative proposals for this event.
D. Banquet / Newsletter - Nick Loprire
- Advertising Nick has the flyer completed and will send it to the board members. We discussed which board members would notify the newspapers about the event.
- Art for the Verbal Auction We will have more artwork this year, some that we will purchase and some that Bob Shuey will bring in on consignment.
- Rods and Guns We discussed what types of rods and guns to raffle off this year.
- Bucket Raffle Prizes Nick has had negative comments about the raffle of the 30 or 40 “small” prizes at the end of the night. This year we will not have those small prizes, instead we will raffle off some money. After the Bucket Raffle is over, we will sell tickets for a “Cash Raffle” at $5.00 for 6 tickets. The prizes would be five winners of $20, and one winner of $100.
- Skin the Trout Raffle Nick and Aaron reviewed their idea for an “instant winner” game similar to the rub-off tickets purchased for the State Lottery. The customer would pick a ticket off of a “Bulletin Board Fish Replica”, open it up, and instantly find out if he or she won a prize.
- Flower Arrangements Nick discussed bringing in more flower arrangements this year. Donna Natoli could make them for us if we paid for the materials.
- Meat Raffle This continues to generate a lot of customers, so we will do it again this year.
