Treasurers Report Jeff Kremis
- We spent $600 to purchase the 6 Fly Rod outfits, and 6 Fly tying outfits to be used in our youth programs this year
Committee Reports:
- Watershed Management Jim Mondok & Jeff Kremis
- Jim reviewed the proposal to make the MCCD Munnel Run Farm a year-round facility with improvements to the facilities necessary to improve service to the public.
- Jim will get an invoice that shows our share of the cost for the Yellow Creek fencing project
- The Department of Environmental Protection is going to visit Munnell Run Farm to see our Wetland Project
- Jeff contacted Jim LaLumia to see if any of our old Stream Monitoring Equipment was available. Jeff wants to re-institute this activity in our Chapter activities with the local High Schools.
- Pete sent Report #53 dated 12/01/01. The last stocking was in Coolspring Creek at the Big Rock area, and 200 Rainbows were put in.
- Banquet / Newsletter - Nick Loprire
- Nick received 3 articles for use in our next Newsletter.
- Pete Anthony is ordering the tickets for the March 23rd Banquet. They should be available for the Jan 28th Membership Meeting at the MCAR Center.
- Nick will send all of the Banquet Facts to John Siebert so he can include them on our website.
- Nick reviewed some of the prizes he has ready for the Banquet

- Pete sent the Membership summary which shows we had 207 members as of December 1st.
- Youth Coordinator Jim Rafferty
- Jim talked about potential sites for the High School Youth to practice Fly Casting with our newly acquired Fly Rods. Reg McClelland offered to let us use his Farm Pond for this.
- Jim also wants to set up some activities this winter for Fly Tying Instructions.

New Business:
- Speakers - January and February Membership Meetings Bill Fay
Bill will contact John Palumbo who may give a talk about Elk Hunting at the Jan Mtg. He will also get in touch with Don Chabin (WCO) for a potential speaker at the Feb Mtg.
- Lake Latonka We discussed flow rates coming out of the lake into Cool Spring Creek. Jeff Kremis said the lake management is supposed to keep a steady flow coming out, but we are not sure if that is the case. Jeff will ask Pete Anthony if he could check with a Lake Latonka board member on this subject.
