1. Opening Comments – Aaron Monroe
  • A motion was made by Tom Jochman to skip all orders of business except the Banquet and Treasurer’s report. Jim Mondok seconded it, and the motion carried.

  • Monthly Budget Report – Jeff reviewed the budget report ending January 2005.

    1. Pay $1.00 / get a ticket for prize (Get two tosses for $1.00 – need to determine possible prizes (Need to figure what prize to put in that raffle)
    2. Toss bean bag / land on board – get 1 point
    3. Toss bean bag / go through the hole – get 2 points
    4. Two points gets you another raffle ticket (for bucket raffle)

  • Verbal Auction:
    1. Five Night Fly Fishing Trip to Montana – Start Bidding at $100
    2. Art Work – Nick asked if anyone could come up with some artwork for the verbal auction – Jeff Kremis will contact a Greenville area merchant
  • Miscellaneous – Selected a plastic water bottle with TU logo on it for giveaway to all who attend the banquet; pick up on the way out the door
