- The minutes for the December 15th meeting were accepted as read except the “Rod Giveaway” was deleted from the Cabin Fever Notes.

- Jeff gave the Treasurers report for the period ending December 31, 2003.
- Jeff summarized the donations that Neshannock Chapter has given dating back to 1975, and those records are “complete” back to 1988. There was a motion to accept the records by R. Natoli, a second by N. Loprire, and the motion carried.
- The “Personal Injury Consent Form” from TU National was brought up. Do we need to use this on some of our projects? Check with our John Gale from TU’s insurance group to find out (Natoli)

- Tom broke down the Chapter 216 members by State, by Major Cities, by Year joining, and by membership type (Family, Life, Senior, and Regular). It was very interesting because we learned some things by analyzing the “Pie charts”
- One interesting fact was that 25% of our membership is from Ohio
- Also, the 5 largest membership cities were Hermitage, New Castle, Grove City, Greenville, and Mercer

- Need to coordinate the Spring event for youth with the Grove City Sportsman’s Club (Natoli to send e-mail)
- Nick Loprire will “extract” the December Newsletter Article on Wolf Creek, and send it to John Siebert so he can update our website (“Complete Wolf Creek Project Update”).
- Nick also wants to write An article on Wolf Creek for PA TROUT magazine
